Glen has extensive public listed company experience across small and large market caps on the ASX. He also brings international institutional investor engagement and capital markets experience having worked in Zurich interfacing into London for almost a decade.
With 20 years of capital market facing experience, Glen was a corporate financial analyst in a Fortune 500 company (LafargeHolcim) working on international projects (business case valuations, acquisitions, competitor benchmarking and cost controlling), and a consultant at KPMG prior to specialising in investor relations over a decade ago.
He is a Chartered Company Secretary (AGIA), Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has an undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance (Hons) from Monash, and a diploma of Investor Relations (AIRA).
Prior in-house investor relations roles include: LafargeHolcim, Fortescue Metals Group and agency roles in Sydney at Newgate Communications and boutique agency, IR Department.
